About the Role
The R63 “One Stop” Co-op store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee all aspects of the retail operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Lei, motiveer en ontwikkel personeel (lead, motivate, and develop employees)
- Beheer prestasie-evaluasies en dissipline waar nodig (manage performance evaluations and discipline as needed)
- Verseker dat die begroting nie oorskry word nie (ensure the budget does not exceed)
- Kontroleer rakke, vervaldatums en voorraad rotasie (control stock levels, expiration dates, and inventory rotation)
- Optimaliseer voorraad om kliënt-behoeftes te voorsien (optimize inventory to meet customer needs)
Requirements
- Matriek / Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Matric or National Senior Certificate)
- 1â2 jaar kleinhandel-ondervinding (1-2 years of small business experience)
- Bestuur van ân kleinhandel-winkel (experience in managing a small retail store)
Qualifications
