About the Role

A renowned luxury lodge in the spectacular Madikwe Game Reserve is seeking a dedicated Assistant Lodge Manager to support its high-end hospitality operation. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily operations of the lodge
• Ensure seamless guest experiences through effective front-of-house management
• Manage lodge finances, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Coordinate food and beverage services to meet high standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality (beneficial)
• Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience in a supervisory role (essential)
• Previous lodge experience preferred
• Strong understanding of 4/5-star lodge operations, including Food & Beverage, Front of House, Duty Management, and Hosting
• Experience in lodge finances: budgets, forecasting, and cost control
