Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth: Execute sales and marketing strategies as per the company`s strategic framework and business objectives. Drive sales activities to achieve the annual budget financial Identify new market opportunities and convert leads into long-term Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong business relationships with existing Manage customer pricing, credit compliance, and quality Expand customer engagement to drive business growth through an extended product offering. Regional Business & Financial Management: (Excluding South Africa) Manage regional business development, product management, account management, and pricing strategies. Drive cross border sales activities to achieve the annual budget financial targets set for the assigned product categories and market segments in Sub Saharan Africa Market Intelligence & Strategy Development: Contribute to marketing strategy development by gathering customer intelligence, competitor insights, and market trends to enhance strategic decision-making. Collaborate with different teams to optimize business Support Team Management: Manage and support two Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Conduct Bi-Annual Personal Performance and Development Plan (PDP) What you Need To Succeed: Strong business acumen with a results-driven High levels of integrity, accountability, professionalism and a positive Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a Adaptability to changing market conditions and business Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all Strong negotiation and problem-solving Effective decision-making abilities and strategic Capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business Proven ability to mentor and manage a team Technical Skills Required: Solid understanding of sales & marketing strategy Experience in Key account management, pricing strategy, sales forecasts, cost models and value chain management.
