Job Summary

Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role, preferably in a complex organizational environment. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. - Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret and draft complex legal documents and contracts. - Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. - Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with contract management software and tools, along with strong skills in MS Office Suite
Duties and responsibilities:
This role requires strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail in managing agreements and partnerships.
- Contract Development and Negotiation:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. - Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify and address contractual risks, providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders for effective risk management. - Compliance Management:
Ensure that all contracts adhere to local, national, and international regulations, as well as company policies and standards. - Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze contract performance metrics, ensuring that deliverables and obligations are met by all parties. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, facilitate contract execution, and promote strong working relationships.
