Position Overview: As a Sales Executive at Our Client, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting Our Clients range of SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales hunter, eager to grow their career while delivering real value to clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling, to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Perform targeted prospecting and qualification to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions from Our Clients SaaS portfolio to meet their specific needs. Deliver engaging, customised presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of Our Clients offerings. Utilise consultative and solution-based selling techniques to effectively communicate product benefits and ROI to prospective clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the CRM system. Develop ongoing account management strategies to uncover additional opportunities within the existing client base. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients. Represent Our Client at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand presence and engage with prospective clients. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to regular sales reporting to monitor progress against targets. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies effectively. Key Attributes and Skills: Sales Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business opportunities. Consultative Selling Expertise: Strong ability to understand client needs and propose strategic, value-driven solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations. Relationship Building: Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships. Resilience and Proactivity: Ability to handle rejection, maintain motivation, and take initiative in challenging sales environments. Time Management: Skilled at prioritising tasks, managing multiple opportunities, and meeting deadlines effectively. Technology Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital communication platforms. Qualifications: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. In office and work from home setup.
