Job Summary
- Matric Certificate and/or any other relevant business administration qualification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Advanced computer working skills in word, excel and MS Office.
- Business administration experience is required.
Requirements:
- Responsible for administratively supporting the department’s Technicians, the Controller and the Quality & Service Manager.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet the employers standards
- Assist with the planning and execution of Service and Technical procurement requirements and deliveries
- Provide support to the procurement, project and warehouse departments
- Maintain product and technical knowledge
- Support with updating, controlling and reporting on Service call requests register and administration
- Responsible for assisting the technical schedule and ensuring technicians are allocated to the correct jobs
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for the department staff and teams as required
- Attend to and escalate client queries to the relevant personnel
- Assist the Service & Technical team by attending to administrative tasks relating to current projects in the pipeline.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
