Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics & Distribution Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and has the drive to deliver world-class inventory and distribution management. Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
OR proven experience in logistics/distribution management (minimum 3–5 years)
Prior exposure to the electrical sector is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of end-to-end logistics and distribution operations, ensuring seamless workflow
Manage inventory control (including partner stock) to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Oversee receiving, dispatching, and distribution functions
Ensure all operations comply with SLA’s, SOP’s, and company policies
Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping to support decision-making
Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve peak performance
Drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency
