An exciting opportunity for a professional person that can work with high value clients, meet and greet them, directing guests to the right venue or meeting. You will present yourself in a professional manner has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Requirements: Matric Diploma or Certificate – relevant to office/business administration 4 years relevant working experience in Front of House Computer Skills – MS Outlook Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Duties: Meet and Greet VIP guest Sign them in to visit building Assist with parking and/or any other requests Assist them to the right venue Assist with boardroom / meeting set up and bookings Arrange with relevant staff for refreshments General administration If you have minimum of 4 years relevant experience as Front of House Assistant at a Corporate or 4*/5* Hospitality environment, we would like to hear from you.
