Provide regular reports to the Toolroom Foreman, documenting repairs, downtime, and maintenance activities. Maintenance Perform initial inspections for all process changes to assess equipment condition. Conduct routine inspections to detect potential failures or excessive wear, and perform necessary maintenance. Periodically inspect manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards. Work with Supervisors and Production to schedule preventative maintenance. Ensure parts are available for maintenance routines and report any unusual conditions. Training Assist in training apprentices to ensure they gain the necessary skills for maintenance and repair work. Prepare machines and equipment for apprentice training sessions. Technical Competencies Computer Literacy (Basic MS Office; SAP, ERP Systems, and job-specific software systems). Knowledge of relevant maintenance practices, designs, methodologies, and SOPs.
