Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter to join a renowned luxury wine estate located in the heart of Franschhoek. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining and exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
  

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  

• Professional appearance and demeanour
  

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  

• Availability to work hospitality hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  Responsibilities:
  

• Provide outstanding service to all guests in line with the estates high standards
  

• Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
  

• Liaise effectively with back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure smooth service
  

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
  

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to their requests
  

• Contribute to a welcoming and memorable guest experience
