BANQUETING CHEF – live out position – POLOKWANE

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Banqueting Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high quality cuisine, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead a kitchen brigade in a fast pace banqueting environment. The Banqueting chef will plan, prepare, and execute menus for banquets, conferences, weddings, and private functions. Ensure dishes are presented to the highest standard of taste, quality, and consistency. Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef or in a similar role within a 5* hotel. Excellent leadership and menu planning. Ability to work under pressure. Formal culinary qualification preferred.
