Cape Town City Centre: Property Portfolio Manager

Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience managing Sectional Title and HOA schemes. Strong working knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act. 2 year Experience using WeconnectU property management system. Excell must be excellent Duties and Responsibilities Attending and chairing trustee/board meetings and AGMs, drafting minutes and resolutions. Preparing and managing budgets, levy schedules, and financial reporting. Overseeing contractors, maintenance, and compliance matters. Handling owner/trustee queries and communication professionally. Excell must be excellent Strong email etiquette and must be able to respond to at least 50 emails per day on a minimum.
