Job Summary: We are seeking a Cash Office Clerk to join our team in Durban. As a Cash Office Clerk, you will be responsible for daily receipts processing, cash handling, and general processing tasks. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and Process Credit Notes, Discounts ensuring proper authorization Count and capture cash from drivers, reconciling with camera system Follow up on cash shortages and report reasons within 24 hours Process petty cash payments and issue for authorized expenditures Maintain filing system and manage company stationary Accurately count and reconcile daily banking transactions Perform daily reconciliation of cash vault machine Qualifications: Certificates/Certification in relevant field
