Junior HR Administrator POS25224 Location : Pretoria Salary : R12 15 000.00 per month About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the HR department. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in Human Resources. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) essential HR-related Diploma / Certificate advantageous 12 years HR admin experience (or strong internship/learnership experience). Fluent in English and Afrikaans Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copy). Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new employees (preparing documentation, induction coordination). Help with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Handle HR-related queries from staff in a professional manner. Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports. Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave records. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
