Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proven experience in social media management
• Solid understanding of preparing designs for print and knowledge of printing processes
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and attention to detail
• A professional and presentable portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Skills in photography and video editing
• Must own a laptop capable of running design software
• Valid Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create brand, social media, and promotional content
• Develop and present design mock-ups for approval
• Execute design briefs across multiple business divisions efficiently
• Manage various social media platforms and content schedules
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
• Assist with video and graphic content creation and editing
• Handle monthly signage orders and internal marketing material needs
• Conduct in-house product photography when required
• Maintain and update client contact databases and printing archives
• Edit and retouch product photos for digital and print use
• Liaise with suppliers for design-related tasks
