Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proven experience in social media management
- Solid understanding of preparing designs for print and knowledge of printing processes
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, and attention to detail
- A professional and presentable portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Skills in photography and video editing
- Must own a laptop capable of running design software
- Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create brand, social media, and promotional content
- Develop and present design mock-ups for approval
- Execute design briefs across multiple business divisions efficiently
- Manage various social media platforms and content schedules
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
- Assist with video and graphic content creation and editing
- Handle monthly signage orders and internal marketing material needs
- Conduct in-house product photography when required
- Maintain and update client contact databases and printing archives
- Edit and retouch product photos for digital and print use
- Liaise with suppliers for design-related tasks
