Site Manager needed in Rustenburg.Matric/ N3.Any additional Certificates re: Supervisory/ Load & Haul/ Management/ Safety etc.Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle.All documents MUST be included with CV.Salary: Counter Offers Available5 Years minimum Load & Haul, Drilling, Plant and Pit (Open) Dewatering experience.4 Years minimum Senior Production Foreman experience.3 Years minimum Site Manager experienceEnsure all safety requirements are met as per the Safety Policies & actively promote safe work practices.Ensure production & drilling targets are met.Ensure plant availability is met & service schedules is in place.Ensure utilization, availability, and rate targets are met.Constantly make recommendations around change of equipment, work layout & resource effectiveness.Maintain and improve overall production and drilling performance over a balanced set of KPI’s provided by COO.Create/ educate and advice all Load and Haul and Drilling teams on all SOPs / PTO’s & SWPs.Ensure daily & monthly toolbox talks are completed.Responsible for control systems, including site costs, stock accuracy, quality & supplier liaison. Ensure compliance with environmental management practices that minimize the impact of the operation on the environment.Ensure compliance with all contractual, statutory & regulatory requirements.Ensure ongoing effective people development through skilled staff training.Ensure improvement opportunities is communicated & implemented immediately.Ensure clear direction is given at shift hand over.Attend all required meetings Engineer on technical and practical issues.Monitor all factors affecting the load, haul and drill efficiency & assisting the Maintenance Department in effectively coordinating maintenance.Attend budget meetings.Handle HR related issues, disciplinary actions, hearings, outcomes & CCMA cases.Ensure all procedures & safety standards are in place, attending DMR-DMRE visits.Maintain & improve overall performance over a balanced set of KPI’s provided by COO.Ensure min/max levels of insurance spares are controlled and maintained.Responsible for the control systems, including site costs, stock accuracy, quality & supplier liaison. Actively promote safe work practices.Effective communication with all levels of the organization both internal & Clients.Observe all requirements of the quality system & rectify any non-conformance.Ensure ongoing effective people development through skilled training of staff.Time keeping and quality control.Ensure cost targets are met through the controlled use of the production equipment.Frequent assessment of crew member competency.Monitor all factors affecting the load and haul and assisting the Maintenance Department in effectively coordinating maintenance.Ensure all drill and blast requirements are adhered to.Ensure any improvement opportunity is communicated and implemented immediately.Ensure clear direction is given at shift hand over.Attend all required meetings engineer on technical and practical issues. Liaise with Survey for pattern layout requirements and Mining Supervisors for pattern clean up.
