Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and validate credit risk and impairment models aligned to IFRS 9 and Basel frameworks Conduct portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and model performance assessments to generate actionable insights Present findings, recommendations, and technical reports to clients and senior stakeholders Contribute to strategic discussions and thought leadership within the risk advisory team Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field Experience: 35 years experience in banking, consulting, or financial services Proven expertise in credit risk modelling, predictive analytics, and model validation Solid understanding of IFRS 9, Basel, and model risk management principles Skills: Proficiency in SAS, Python, or R, with strong Excel skills Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timelines Hands-on experience with regulatory credit models and client-facing projects in a hybrid consulting setup Apply now!
