- Oversee and Resolve Technical Queries and Complex Claims
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of claims professionals
- Monitor and improve claims processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
- Quality Control and Compliance
Sectors: Insurance Functions: Third Parties Recovery, Recoveries, Liabilities, Commercial Claims Qualifications: RE 5, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric Skills: Minimum of 5–7 years in claims handling, Technical Expertise, Analytical Skills, Good Communication Skills
