A dynamic group of companies, including operations in treated timber and related industries, is seeking a highly capable Financial & Executive Support Officer to work directly with the CEO.This is a strategic hybrid role that combines financial expertise with executive-level support. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business data, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of the CEOs office.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage complex financial spreadsheets (production, stock, harvesting costs, remuneration, etc.).Prepare financial reports and assist with cost control and budget management.Support the Director in managing projects, meetings, and communications.Ensure smooth coordination across multiple companies within the group.Requirements:Recognised Accounting qualification (degree/diploma).Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to operate effectively at both executive and operational levels.Professional communication skills and discretion.
