Were Hiring Admin & Data Capture Clerk
Location: Monavoni, Centurion
Industry: Automotive Parts

A growing company in the automobile parts procurement sector is looking for a detail-driven Admin & Data Capture Clerk to support their operations and keep claims and workflow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and update insurance claims on the company portal

  • Prepare and distribute WIP (work-in-progress) reports to clients

  • Follow up on claims and outstanding documentation

  • Collect, verify, and organise data from clients

  • Upload invoices, proof of payments, and related documents

  • Assist with new client onboarding documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (essential)

  • Analytical and numerical ability

  • Excellent communication skills client-facing role

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments

  • Valid drivers license and own transport (essential)

  • Prior experience in the automobile parts or insurance industry will be advantageous

Salary & Terms:

  • Salary: R18,000 per month

  • Type: Full-time, on-site position

  • Probation: Strict 3-month probation period
