Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or similar technical qualification).
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or related solutions.
• Proven track record in business development and key account management.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking, communication protocols, and automation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel locally when required.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial automation and control environments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and product guidance.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Work closely with the internal sales and technical support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer demonstrations.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
