Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office and Accounts Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy professional services environment. This pivotal role involves managing a small admin team, ensuring smooth office functionality, and taking ownership of accounting and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervising the Office Administrator, Receptionist, Tender Administrators, and Accounting Trainees, while coordinating everything from front-office operations and facilities to statutory compliance and HR admin. Overseeing tender submissions. Handling accounts payable and receivable. Tracking budgets. Managing WIP and invoicing. Supporting financial reporting. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience in office management or accounting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Proven leadership and team supervision experience Solid accounting knowledge, including invoicing, reporting, and budget tracking Excellent multitasking, organisation, and communication skills Experience in a SME/audit firm would be advantageous Apply now!
