Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Capturing Clerk to join our digital solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing information from electronic documents that have been scanned and digitized into our data management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and verify data from scanned electronic documents into the company’s system.
• Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Meet daily data capture targets and assist the team in achieving production goals.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in both English and Afrikaans.
• Follow instructions, adhere to standard operating procedures, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues where needed.
• Manage workload effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Proven data capturing experience in a fast-paced environment (advantageous).
• Excellent computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player who can take instruction and execute tasks efficiently.
