Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technology and operational improvement projects from conception through to successful delivery. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of fleet management systems to enhance operational efficiency. Supervise the deployment and ongoing support of ERP, billing, and finance platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate needs into effective system solutions. Manage vendor partnerships, software licensing, and IT service contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to IT team members and project contributors, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Job Experience and skill required Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. 5 years of experience in IT operations and project management roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional IT and business system projects on time and within scope. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
