Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. You will be making outbound calls to potential clients across various industries, engaging with the right contacts, and booking appointments for our sales consultants. Your role is to connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and schedule meetings to discuss customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses in target sectors such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, security, and commercial fleets.
- Build rapport with contacts and identify decision-makers or gatekeepers.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultants to discuss tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
- Learn about the services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a call centre environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and willing to learn.
- A bubbly personality and a genuine love for interacting with people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Confident on the phone and able to engage with decision-makers.
- Curious and proactive in understanding client needs.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
