• Partner with business units to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and resource allocation.
• Monitor budgets, variances, and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support business decision-making through clear and actionable financial guidance.

Requirements:

• CA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business partnering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and financial modelling.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
