Job Description Recruitment, training & development and performance management of the individuals within the New Sales teams Planning & coordination of all functions related to achieving growth budgets as well as related general management duties Actively leading new sales within each region Sales & campaign planning Management reporting Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales and activity performance Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations Accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports Job Skills Ability to use the application software Good strategic planning and execution skills CRM Application of CRM / Voxzal/ Trax and sales processes Sound understanding of telecommunications, networking & data Good understanding of Human resource management principles Understanding of financial management principles Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Diploma in Business management 3 years successful Corporate Direct Sales experience 3 years junior management experience 2 years ICT industry experience

With a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and precision, they partner with top-tier construction and property firms to deliver exceptional cleaning solutions. As they grow their footprint, especially in the construction cleaning market, they are looking for a tenacious Business Development Manager based in Cape Town to drive lead generation and tender activity remotely. The Role: Business Development Manager This role exists to spearhead growth in the construction and tenancy cleaning sectors by identifying and securing new business opportunities. With a focus on outbound sales and tender management, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the UK-based leadership team, using tools like Glenigan”s to build a pipeline and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Minimum 2-3 years” experience in business development or sales Generate qualified leads through Glenigans, LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for construction and tenancy cleaning projects Manage end-to-end tender submissions with accuracy and attention to detail Use pricing matrices and review floor plans to scope jobs and calculate quotes Maintain CRM records, activity logs, and submit weekly progress reports Follow up consistently on tenders and client enquiries Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally Work towards KPIs, including outreach volume, tender wins, and pipeline growth About You 2 years of proven business development or sales experience Track record of meeting/exceeding targets Highly organised and detail-oriented Self-driven, tenacious, and persistent in following up leads Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and follow structured workflows CRM-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office Comfortable with telephone and email sales outreach Professional and proactive approach Nice to Have: Experience in construction, facilities management, or cleaning sectors Familiarity with Glenigans or similar platforms Understanding of construction terminology and processes Tender submission experience and ability to read floor plans Active LinkedIn network and personal brand presence

The role of BDM speaks for itself and requires competent individuals to increase revenue, volume, and profit for existing and new products nationally across the On Trade market. Main Purpose/Objectives of the Job: Develop and grow our clients On Trade business in the Cape Town region. Have a comprehensive knowledge of the product and pricing portfolio Plan for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade effectiveness Execute and manage effective pricing, promotional and incentive programs, and calendars to ensure that business sales and merchandising promotional activity goals are met. Grow brand reach by being able to successfully negotiate and secure new listings Conduct quarterly business review/planning meetings with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Keep all customer accounts, commercial, analytical, and other work-related administration updated. Develop understanding of the Skynamo sales force tool Promote and activate at events when required Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time A completed degree in Commercial Streams: Entrepreneurship, Economics, Retail Management, Business Management 2 Years experience, Experience in a FMCG sales environment would be advantages 1 Years experience as a Sales Brand Ambassador Microsoft -Excel, Outlook, Word Competencies required: Solid commercial acumen and a flair to work with numbers Strong Enterpriser that can be business development focused and priorities.
