Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete financial control function across multiple divisions
• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles
• Review and sign off management accounts and statutory submissions
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Manage cash flow, working capital and cost optimisation projects
• Ensure tax, VAT and statutory compliance
• Prepare executive-level reports and financial insights
• Mentor and guide finance team members to build capability and performance
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and direction 

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting (required), BCom Honours advantageous
• 5–8 years’ progressive experience in financial control, reporting or corporate finance
• Strong IFRS, governance and compliance knowledge
• Experience leading or guiding teams within a complex, high-volume environment
• Commercially minded, analytical and confident operating at senior stakeholder level
