Job Description
Minimum skills and experience required:
- Matric or equivalent
- Must have FMCG experience – minimum 3 years
- Must have manager staff
- Stable work history
- Own transport
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations – Ensure smooth production and sales
- Manage staff schedules and training – Assign shifts, train new employees
- Monitor product quality and freshness – Maintain high standards for baked goods
- Control inventory and order supplies – Track stock levels and place orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations – Maintain hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints – Provide excellent service
- Plan and implement promotions – Boost sales through marketing initiatives
- Monitor sales and profitability – Analyse performance and reduce waste
- Maintain equipment and arrange repairs – Keep machines in good working order
- Report to store management – Provide updates on bakery performance
