Salary Range: R4,500 – R7,000

We are recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented office administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth office functioning. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Respond to internal and external queries promptly
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • No experience required — training will be provided
