Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:Grade 12N3 Certificate in Engineering Studies.Trade Test Certificate Section 13 or 26D.National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation is advantageous.Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:1 to 3 years as underground Winder Technician.Light CurrentExperience in an electrical or instrumentation maintenance environment, including HT, AC and DC experience. The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems.Incident reporting.Knowledge of Siemens Drives (Cyclo Converter) equipment, Winder Machinery, Crushing & Conveying equipment and Refrigeration plants and will be an advantage.
