This role is ideal for a professional couple who are passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and delivering high standards in a lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities Senior Guide:
Conduct guided game drives, providing guests with an engaging and informative experience
Ensure guest safety at all times and adhere to lodge protocols
Perform basic maintenance tasks when required
Trails experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Maintain vehicles and equipment to the highest standard

Key Responsibilities Front of House:
Deliver exceptional hosting and guest interaction
Oversee day-to-day Front of House duties, ensuring smooth guest experiences
Provide support with check-ins, check-outs, and general lodge administration
Assist with F&B service and maintain basic F&B standards
Coordinate with other lodge departments to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements Senior Guide:
Proven guiding experience in a lodge environment
A valid guiding qualification and drivers licence
Strong communication and guest engagement skills
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks

Requirements Front of House:
Experience in a Front of House role within hospitality
Confident hosting ability and strong interpersonal skills
Basic F&B knowledge
Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
