Job Description
- At least 10 years’ hands-on CNC Lathe experience.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM programming (preferably Mastercam).
- Solid understanding of cutting tools, geometries, and tool selection.
- Strong grasp of feeds and speeds across various tool types.
- Ability to optimise and improve programs for efficient manufacturing.
- Must have own reliable transport.
A compulsory drug test will be conducted on the successful candidate.

Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of CNC machinery, including programming languages like G-code, and familiarity with software such as Mastercam.

Attention to Detail:Meticulous focus on precision and quality in programming, setup, and production.

Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage material waste, and ensure product quality.

Mechanical Aptitude:In-depth knowledge of both mechanical operations and the computational aspects of machining.

Blueprint Reading:Skill in interpreting technical blueprints and specifications.
