Centurion: Service Manager posted by Communicate Finance

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to service technicians, fostering professional growth and peak performance
• Manage day-to-day service operations, including job scheduling and resource allocation
• Ensure prompt, high-quality maintenance and repairs of refrigeration and compressor systems
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and response times
• Monitor KPIs, control budgets, and compile service reports to achieve operational excellence

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration or rotating equipment maintenance
• At least 2 years in a leadership or service management capacity
• Strong technical proficiency in compressors, electrical systems, and PLC controls
• Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and elevate service quality
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• SAQCC Gas Category B8 license (advantageous)
• Strong foundation in compressor maintenance and industrial refrigeration systems
• Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel locally and internationally
• Proven experience in service management or supervisory roles
