Job Description
Administrative Support
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems, including client tax files and supporting documents.
Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and submissions.
Assist with the collection, preparation, and uploading of documentation required for tax returns or compliance.
Track administrative deadlines, including SARS-related dates, and follow up with clients when necessary.
Client & Team Support
Liaise with clients to obtain required tax documents (IRP5s, statements, supporting documentation).
Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare client packs and onboarding documentation.
Support accounting and tax teams with administrative tasks linked to tax submissions and compliance projects.
