Leading Theatre School in the City of Cape Town (Waterfront) is looking for a digitally savvy Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. Hybrid position. Serve as first point of contace for in-person, and email enquiries. Provide professiona, friendly, and efficient customer service to students, parents, staff and visitors. Manage incoming and outgoing communication and ensure queries are followed up timeously. Create, manage and update Google Forms, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and shared drives with a high level of accuracy. Process applications, registrations and examination lists. Assist with compiling, updating and managing student and examination records. Handling of examinations and applications. Finance & Data Support. Operational Support. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
