Short Description / Purpose of Job

• To ensure the delivery of a more complex portfolio of Material Purchases to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Achieve the lowest total cost supply base and sourcing competitiveness for a portfolio.
• Proactively ensure critical materials purchases are delivered on time and in full.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

• Execute procurement process to meet cycle time requirements.
• Ensure SOX and Supply Chain policy compliance.
• Adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Interpret demand signals to create purchase orders for materials.
• Overall OTIF delivery on purchase orders created.
• Execute expediting activities for purchase orders.
• Timely escalation with suppliers in cases of breaches.
• Enforce collaboration amongst suppliers for OTIF delivery.
• Ensure suppliers are aware of all requirements and protocols.
• Draft simple once off contracts aligned to purchase orders.
• Release Purchase Orders within established framework.
• Manage suppliers within the portfolio effectively.
