This individual will be responsible for supervising and driving the full administrative function for their sales & order processing team, including but not limited to:

• Oversee the team’s workflow 
• Liaise with key clients regarding orders
• Performing the full order process from order capturing to invoicing
• Coordinating dispatch and delivery requirements
• Conducting timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues

Minimum requirements:

• Completed matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
