KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage payroll and employee benefits, including medical aid and pension funds Oversee employee records, leave administration, and statutory compliance Handle labour relations matters, including disciplinary processes and CCMA representation Liaise with the Department of Labour and manage Injury on Duty (IOD) claims Manage recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and induction processes Compile and submit Skills Development, Employment Equity, and BBBEE reports Maintain organisational structures and updated organograms Oversee health and safety compliance and POPIA requirements Manage fleet-related HR administration (Stanfleet, AA, fuel audits) Lead and manage a team of HR staff and ensure performance targets are met MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (Matric) BCom Degree in Human Resource Management or similar qualification 35 years experience in a similar HR management role Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation Experience handling CCMA matters and disciplinary hearings SABPP membership will be advantageous Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
