About the Role

AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Client Relationship Manager to join our client’s call Centre in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 5-seat call centre, setting goals, staff training, and motivation, as well as implementing new policies and protocols to improve client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a 5-seat call centre
Set goals for the team
Provide staff training and motivation
Implement new policies and protocols to improve client experience
Develop scripts and standardize responses to create cohesion and effective communication
Implement CRM software and ensure its effective use
Deal with complaints and resolve problems in a professional manner
Ensure that online ordering issues (payment gateway, software issues) are dealt with immediately and effectively
Communicate effectively and professionally between production and the client

Requirements

5 years of experience in a call centre environment
3 years of management experience
Knowledge of IT, printing, or photographic processes
Fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans
