About the Role

The Manager People & Talent is responsible for driving the organization’s HR agenda through a dual focus on people and culture, and performance and talent development. This role plays a key part in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture across all business units while ensuring HR operations, employee relations, and wellbeing programs are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
  • Act as a key contact for employee relations, providing advice, conflict resolution, and policy guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive culture.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and report on HR metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • Masters degree or professional certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
