About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep experience in Python and React to join a mission-driven fintech team empowering thousands of small businesses in emerging markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying scalable, end-to-end features that directly impact financial inclusion. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing full stack applications using Python and React
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth of the team
  • Deploying scalable solutions on cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
  • Troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building full stack applications
  • Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
  • Product-first mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software experiences
  • Experience in fintech, lending, or working in emerging markets is a bonus

Qualifications

  • Degree from a reputable organization (IT, Computer Science, or similar)
