About the Role
Indo Lekker (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Plan, organize, and manage marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships, ensuring strong brand presence and flawless execution.
- Travel across South Africa to coordinate and oversee regional brand activations, events, and promotional activities.
- Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives, including influencer collaborations and content creation.
- Coordinate brand activations and in-store promotions in partnership with sales and retail teams.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce engaging and consistent brand communications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event coordination (FMCG experience preferred).
- Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong understanding of South African consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally.
