About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior HR Manager to join our team in Gauteng. As an integral member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all HR management functions for a company with 70 staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to all HR Management functions
- Recruitment and selection
- Posting job adverts
- Review CV’s
- Coordinate online interviews
- Liaise with Line Managers
- Background checks
- Hiring
- Onboarding
- Maintain personnel files
- Exit – resignations and dismissals
- Manage staff hours
- Coordinate training
- Performance management / disciplinary procedure
- CCMA matters
- Probation hearings
- Newsletter
- Company Zooms
- Payroll
- Manager meetings
- Mystery shopping
- Managers seminars
- Medical aid
- Update policies and procedures and company manuals
- Memos
- Leave days
- Dealing with complaints from Sales Consultants
- Diaries
- Gifts / anniversaries
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
