About the Role
Elchemie is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an integral member of our recruitment contract management team, you will provide daily administrative support, coordinate interviews, manage email correspondence, and prepare documents for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Recruitment Contract Manager
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the Contract Manager
- Manage email correspondence and candidate communication
- Prepare, format, and maintain accurate documents and records
- Follow up with candidates where required
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks related to recruitment projects
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric plus a formal qualification (Administration, Office Management, or Human Resources advantages)
- Strong administrative background (HR or recruitment administration experience advantageous)
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Own laptop, mobile phone, and reliable Wi-Fi connection (required for remote work)
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric with a formal qualification
Salary & Benefits
Fixed part-time hours: 09:00 – 13:00, Monday to Friday. Salary: R5,000 CTC per month. Remote working opportunity after successful completion of on-site training.
