About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wildlife Manager to join our team at HotelJobs in the Bela Bela area of Limpopo. As a key member of our conservation and eco-tourism destination, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care, management, and conservation of wildlife across the Private Game Reserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor animal health and implement conservation measures to ensure ecological integrity.
  • Manage breeding camps and predator parks, including habitat maintenance and resource allocation.
  • Lead a team of staff and provide training and guidance on wildlife management practices.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, conservation bodies, and guests to maintain high standards.

Requirements

  • National Diploma or Degree in Nature Conservation, Wildlife Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including hands-on predator and breeding animal care.
  • Valid SA Drivers License (Code B or higher).
  • Firearm competency (advantageous).
  • Proven experience with species such as Roan, Sable, Buffalo, Zebra, and Impala.
  • Proficient in MS Office and wildlife data systems.

Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Degree in Nature Conservation, Wildlife Management, or related discipline.

Salary & Benefits
