About the Role
Motus Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Administrator: Service Advisor to join our team at Motus Toyota Kempton Park. As an Administrator: Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service operations, providing exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high levels of service on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Update service customers on all service bookings
- Communicate with all Service Staff to ensure effective workflow coordination
- Ensure the security of vehicles, including locking keys in the keysafe and parking them outside
- Assist Technicians on quotes in a timely manner
- Give assistance to the Controller, Foreman, Service Manager, Service Receptionist, and other stakeholders as needed
- Follow up on parts ordered to workshop and book in vehicles
- Record and report comebacks, work-in-progress, and cash outstanding on a daily basis
- Ensure parts are ordered according to the parts ordering system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Sell accessories and additional work
- Prepare quotations for authorization
Requirements
- A minimum of Grade 12
- At least 3 years of Service Advisor experience is essential
- Computer literacy is essential
- Clear verbal communication skills are a must
- Motor industry experience will be an advantage
Qualifications
- Toyota Service Advisor certificate is required
