About the Role

Talent Evolution Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into sales within a high-volume, target-driven environment. You will engage prospective clients, generate insurance quotes, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently achieve individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided by bond origination partners.
Present and explain insurance products clearly, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
Generate accurate quotes and follow up effectively to convert enquiries into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address client queries promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities on the CRM system.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) essential.
RE5 qualification essential.
NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in Insurance, Banking, or Wealth Management essential.
CPD compliance mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year long-term and short-term insurance sales experience within a call centre environment.
