About the Role
Talent Evolution Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into sales within a high-volume, target-driven environment. You will engage prospective clients, generate insurance quotes, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided by bond origination partners.
- Present and explain insurance products clearly, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Generate accurate quotes and follow up effectively to convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities on the CRM system.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- RE5 qualification essential.
- NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in Insurance, Banking, or Wealth Management essential.
- CPD compliance mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year long-term and short-term insurance sales experience within a call centre environment.
