About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment focus and be able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Workday. You will be responsible for recruiting exceptional talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Workday, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer letters
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using multiple sourcing methods and platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment strategies
- Prepare and distribute onboarding packs for new hires
- Coordinate onboarding sessions including scheduling and room bookings
- Facilitate system access such as cards and face recognition and ensure smooth integration of new employees
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years experience in HR administration with a strong recruitment focus
- Proven experience using Workday for recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong integrity and ethical judgement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field
