About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Development Manager – Conveyancer to join our client in Cape Town’s city centre. With a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Development Manager, you will oversee the efficiency of the Developments department, manage various business processes and strategies, and report to the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient management of the Developments department
- Generate leads and share market intelligence
- Understand diverse business processes and strategies
- Identify and address problem areas, escalating to Directors when necessary
- Manage all HR related matters and internal systems
- Train new staff on internal programs and systems
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Development Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Completed LLB Degree (required)
- Valid Admission to the Attorneys Roll (required)
